Mrs. Buckley's Preschool Pups

My name is Mrs. Buckley and I am so excited to be part of St. Anne’s preschool program! More importantly, I am thrilled to be your teacher! It is going to be a fun year full of lots of learning and new adventures and I can’t wait to see what the year has to hold for us. I am anxious to meet you and get started!

Our first day of school this year will be Monday, August 28th. This will be a brief orientation for the new students and their parents. We will be dividing the class in half for this orientation so that there will be space for all of us in our classroom. Please meet us on the plaza at the following times.
 

Boys        9:00

Girls           10:15
 

During this time the grown ups will be able to discuss expectations and clarify procedures. Our little friends will have the opportunity to meet their classmates and become acquainted with our classroom. I hope that I will be able to answer any questions you might have about our upcoming year at this time.

 

I am including a list of supplies our little ones will need to bring with them to start the school year. It would be helpful if you would bring these supplies with you to the orientation so the children won’t have to carry them in on their own.

 

Supplies

 

1 pack of napkins for snack time

1 container of Clorox Wipes

2 boxes of tissues

1 roll of paper towels

1 box of zip top bags (any size)

1 box large washable markers

1 box 8 count large crayons

3 (or more) large glue sticks

A full size backpack (big enough to fit a standard size folder)

Extra clothing for emergencies (including under pants and socks)

A blanket and pillow for rest time (full day students only)

    

Please be sure to label backpacks, clothing and rest materials with your child’s name!
